Business Funding
Three facilities. Which one fits depends on what the money is for and how quickly it comes back. Working that out is our job.
up to £750,000
A lump sum repaid on a fixed schedule. Our largest facility, for when a business needs capital outright. Available over a short or a long term.
up to £200,000
An approved limit you draw on when needed. Each drawdown has its own fixed cost and end date. It sits outside your business account, so unlike an overdraft it does not show on your statements.
up to £75,000
Day-to-day spending, with cash when you need it. A revolving limit that can also move funds into your business account. Usually taken alongside another facility.
A loan.
A credit line.
A card, alongside one of the other two.
Most businesses end up with more than one: typically a loan for the purchase, with a line behind it.
Foresight gives you a monthly figure for any amount, on any of the three. No details taken, nothing you enter recorded, and it is an estimate, not a quotation.
Six months of business bank statements, five to seven minutes from your banking app. Company and director details. Identity documents where a lending partner requires them. We collect it once and keep it on file.
This is unsecured lending. Property finance is assessed on the asset, the transaction and the exit.
We work from the bank account, not the filed accounts. That is how most lending partners underwrite, and it is the only document we need to give you an answer. Lower turnover or a younger business is looked at case by case where the trading is strong.
Property finance is arranged separately. Bridging and portfolio facilities
Send six months of statements and you will know where you stand, usually the same day.
