Before you call
It helps to have two things ready. How much you are looking for, and what it is for. Not which facility, that is our job.
If it looks viable we will ask for the evidence. For a trading business that is six months of business bank statements, which takes five to seven minutes from a banking app. For a property deal it is the asset, the transaction and the exit.
On an unsecured case you will usually have an answer the same day.
Most enquiries are picked up within a working day, often much faster.
