What this firm is
Funding11 is a UK commercial finance brokerage. We arrange unsecured working capital for limited companies, and bridging and portfolio facilities for property investors and developers. We do not lend. We know which lending partner will take a case and what they need to see before they will.
The standard is high because the work is trusted. Eight years, three thousand cases read, 650+ completed, almost none of it advertised. We expect anyone joining to care about it as we do.
Who we work with
We are selective, and we would rather say so than leave you guessing.
We work with people who already know their field. That might be credit, research, engineering or commercial finance itself. We expect you to arrive able to do the job, because we are not set up to train people from scratch. That makes us the wrong place for a first role or an internship. It is a matter of what we can offer, and no judgement of anyone.
Where we work
Our clients, our credit and our decisions are in the UK. Our technology is built by our own team overseas.
A good analyst or engineer is good in any country, and where you live is not a factor in how we look at you. What matters is the quality of your work and how well you communicate.

We will tell you what the work is, what we expect, and whether we think it is a fit. We will not make promises we cannot keep or waste your time.
